Tech-Savvy Nurses: Empowering the Next Generation of Healthcare Leaders" Organization: Ocean of Love Enliven Mission is a Kingdom-based organization focused on Reproductive Health, Agriculture, Tech, and Growth. Project Duration: March 1 - March 31, 2025 (aligned with International Women's Day and Women's Month) 1. Project Background and Rationale: International Women's Day celebrates women and girls globally and raises awareness of the challenges they face. This year, Ocean of Love, Enliven Mission aims to contribute to the empowerment of women, especially through education and technology in the healthcare space. As an organization committed to reproductive health, women’s well-being, and innovation, we are inspired to engage nursing students in the transformation of healthcare practices with modern digital tools. Nurses play a vital role in providing essential healthcare services, particularly in the area of reproductive health. However, many healthcare professionals, especially in developing regions, face challenges in integrating technology to improve service delivery and community outreach. By introducing technology into their training, we can equip future nurses with the skills to become leaders in reproductive health innovation, ultimately making a significant impact on healthcare delivery for women.
